Regulation (EU) 524/2013 provides the framework for online dispute resolution, the creation of the EU ODR platform and the date (9/1/2016) in which each e-shop in the European Union must provide a link of the platform to its website that would give to the European consumers the access to electronically submit their complaints to an ADR entity.
